The ensemble of Theater Basel faces the play arrangement of a reconstruction. Dürrenmatt's classic "The Physicists" is to be staged according to the 1962 premiere. The actors will direct the play themselves. As a collective, they dare to create a stage work that deals with current questions about the state of German theater, the role of directing, and the weight of historical plays.
